Twin Cyclone Separator - Kakinada Project
Project Overview
Installed a Twin Cyclone Separator System with an air handling capacity of 28,000 CMH. The system is designed to efficiently separate coarse and medium dust particles using centrifugal force before they reach the main filtration stage. This setup reduces dust load on bag filters (if connected further), ensures cleaner air circulation, and provides reliable dust control in high-dust industries.
System Components
- Twin Cyclone Separator Unit – Dual chamber design for higher separation efficiency
- Suction Hoods – Captures dust at source points
- Ducting Network – Smooth transport of dust-laden air
- ID Fan (Induced Draft Fan) – Maintains continuous airflow and suction
- Rotary Airlock Valve – Safe and controlled discharge of collected dust
- Support Structure – Heavy-duty construction for stability
- Control Panel – Ensures operational monitoring and automation
Air Handling Capacity
- 28,000 CMH
Key Benefits
- Efficient removal of coarse dust and particles
- Reduces load on downstream filtration systems
- Low maintenance and durable design
- Improves air quality and worker safety
- Ideal for cement, metal, food, and power plant industries
